Measuring Atmospheric Conditions
ES classes have been measuring weather features (temperature, pressure, relative humidity, cloud cover) along with other related climatic features such as day length, solar flux, freeze up and break up and snow cover. We have used parts of these data to examine local variations. We have found substantial differences in hourly temperatures between Wood Street School and a number of rural locations. We have compared Cowley lake averages, Hot Springs road averages and Marsh Lake averages.
